  • Transportation changes must be made in writing prior to 2:00 p.m. Phone calls will no longer be accepted as notice of change in transportation in the afternoon. Should an emergency arise during the school day, a fax accompanied by a parent/guardian ID will be accepted prior to 2:00 p.m.

  • To check out a child, the adult must be on the approved check out list provided by the guardian/parent. That adult must also provide a license at the time of checkout.

  • Your child must be in his/her classroom NO LATER than 8:00 a.m. or he/she will be considered tardy. If your child is tardy, you are required to sign in your child at the front desk in the office. Students will not be allowed into class without a parent signature.

  • If your child checks out before 2:30 p.m. it will be considered a tardy. No check-outs after 2:30 p.m.   All tardies are considered unexcused unless permissible by a Doctor's excuse or parent note.

  • Your child may not exceed seven (7) unexcused absences per year. All absences are considered unexcused unless permissible by a Doctor's excuse or parent note. Seven (7) parent notes are accepted per school year.

  • A written excuse signed by the guardian or parent, must always accompany the returning student no later than 3 days after ANY absence. A doctor’s excuse is subject to verification at any time. A grade of zero will be assigned until a submitted excuse is approved.
